A message from Pandzzz
Pandzzz is a new and small start up company based in Australia. Our team is currently very small and although we will strive to do our utmost best for the customer, there can be delays on the rare occasion. We want to be 100% transparent with our customers because at the end of the day there is no Pandzzz without you, our valued fan base. Therefore please read the following so you can fully understand our processes.
Processing of Orders
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of purchase however during times of high demand there could be some small delays processing the order as our business is small and therefore it may take additional time for us to process the back log.
Although we do not anticipate any delays in our processing we will ensure you are contacted and updated every step of the way to provide peace of mind that your product is most certainly on route to your door.
Shipping of products
Products will be shipped within 36 hours of purchase but please allow at least a week before the item is shipped during times of high demand.
Receiving your product
Please allow up to 2 weeks after shipment for your product to arrive. If you still have not received your product by then, please contact Pandzzz to discuss refunds or replacements.
