Our Story
Hi, I’m Andy — the founder of Pandzzz.
Pandzzz actually started as a side project called Maximum Jax, a free mobile game I created out of pure nostalgia. I grew up loving classic games like Sonic and Super Mario, and I thought: wouldn’t it be great to play games like that on your phone for free while waiting for a coffee or commuting into the city?
That idea turned into Maximum Jax. From the beginning, it was important to me that players could enjoy a variety of gameplay with minimal ad interruptions — something I’ve continued to work on as the game grows to this day.
A couple of years later, I wanted to take that same mindset — making everyday moments easier and more enjoyable — and apply it to real-world tasks. That’s when the idea for FadeMate was born. FadeMate is a simple gadget that helps anyone achieve a clean hair fade at home, saving both time and money by reducing trips to the barber. I was already cutting my own hair before FadeMate existed, but this tool made the process faster, easier, and more consistent.
Looking ahead, my goal is to continue improving FadeMate and expand Pandzzz with more practical gadgets designed to give people back a little time — or a few extra dollars — in their day.
Pandzzz is a small Australian-owned business run by just two people: myself and my partner, Ruby. We’re hands-on with everything we do and genuinely care about the people who use our products.
